About us
The International Companies are a group of privately-owned companies including: International Food Products Corporation, International Ingredient Corporation, Green Field Solutions, TSL Transportation Incorporated, and International Transport Incorporated. The company is owned by Fred E. Brown and family.
Our firm was founded in 1974 when Fred Brown purchased International Distributing Corporation’s food, feed, and transportation divisions. Today we operate 13 production facilities throughout the mid-west, store product in 13 warehouse locations across the United States, and market our products through 13 sales professionals and a host of international distributors serving the United States, Canada, Asia, and Latin America.
Our manufacturing and distribution facilities are appropriately AIB, SQF or SFSF certified to ensure consistent quality, compliance and safety management systems are in place to deliver the highest quality ingredients to our customers.
